Is it useful to have a blood pressure monitor at home?
I mean to have a thermometer at home is a great and useful advice, but what about a blood pressure monitor at home if you are healthy and have no heart disease? Below is needed at all? Or is physical and sometimes years can go when they feel well enough?
If you are healthy and have no blood pressure problems, you do not need a monitor at home. Doctors recommend home monitors for people taking blood pressure medication or other drugs that can lower blood pressure to not cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
