What is the best manual blood pressure measuring unit? manual with good stethoscope? Any suggestions? Thanks.?

While the ones you can buy which do not require a stethoscope are fairly accurate I much prefer and tend to trust a sphygmomanometer (blood pressure machine) where you use a stethoscope,
This is because you are actually hearing for yourself the brachial pulse and know that the reading you get is absolutely correct..
It is harder if you are trying to do it on yourself but it is achievable. I have no preferences as far as manufacturers are concerned, as long as it is the old type sphyg.
